Have I told you all lately how much I LOVE what I do? 

              I need to say it every once in a while, because I’ve been so blessedly overwhelmed with clients in the last six months that I can forget what a blessing it is to be “working” at something I enjoy so much.  Amidst the busy to-and-fro of life and growing and learning and pain and laughter,
I just can’t thank God enough that I get to create and cherish memories with families like the one you’re about to meet. 

             When I first met with Cathy for our consult, she was beaming.  She told me the last family pictures they had done were when her youngest was just a toddler.  As she shared a bit about each of the members of her family, I could see what a precious love she has for them, and what a fun-loving spirit bonds them together.  This is no “stare-at-the-TV” kind of family.  We’re talking extreme sports, appreciating the great outdoors for its full potential.

I was honored to hear that Cathy had been following my work for the past year or so and couldn’t wait to finally schedule a custom family portraiture session. 

             Cathy, thank you and your family so much for a wonderful afternoon four-bying and just enjoying each other’s company.  Oh and thanks, Matt, for NOT driving us off the numerous cliffs we grazed!    Just kidding.

             I had an awesome time getting to know each of your boys and capturing their unique, fun spirits.

             You and Matt were so adorable, laughing and talking and thinking I couldn’t hear your whispers .
