When Time Stood Still to make YOU shine…
On Friday, I enjoyed meeting Roshelle, her two daughters, and their friend here at my house to set up for our Photoshoot. The kids are pursuing performing arts with an agency and needed some updated headshots. While the trend in former decades has been to keep headshots simple (or a bit boring!) and only in black and white, many agents now like to see uniqueness and character shine through in a headshot. This is a great fit for me as a photographer, because I love making each person’s personality and God-given beauty stand out in my images – in fact, I really feel that this is one of the major things God has entrusted me to accomplish with the business.
After getting to know the teens a bit and going through the outfits they’d brought along, we decided upon Old Town San Jacinto as our main Photoshoot location. It’s fun finding locations that one wouldn’t normally think of as inspiring or artistic and turning them into backgrounds for creative works of art…

The weather was perfect and we had lots of fun together!

I can’t wait to see what God has in store for each of you! I’m sure I’ll get to say, “I knew them when…”

Thanks, Roshelle and the three D’s
, for entrusting me with this special task. We’ll meet for your View and Order Session soon!

Let’s Celebrate!!!
When Valerie first asked me a few months ago to capture her 21st Birthday Party, I was honored and looking forward to the fun! We were able to shoot candids of the day, as well as some sweet family portraits that display the family’s unity.

And what a party! The event was full of beauty and laughter, love, hospitality, and excitement. Among her gorgeous red, black and white decor were friends and family who obviously love to be together. What a treat! Happy Birthday, Valerie, and I look forward to sharing the rest of your photos with you and your precious family soon!

I think special events are always even more special when they can be treasured by memory with photographs. Thanks again, Valerie!
